Smock up

HIYAA

I am really loving smock dresses at the moment. They are such a lovely flattering shape no matter what size you are. They're great for the winter as you can layer them up with a woolly jumper or a wee cardi. I saw this one on Pinterest and ended up getting it for a steal on the Asos 20% off weekend. Since I'm going somewhere warm soon it will be perfect for then. I'll wear it with tights in the colder months. As for that hat, you can make up your own mind...

Scottish Beaches & Weekend madness

Good day!

I've had a jam packed weekend with trips to Glasgow, espresso tasting and chilly walks on the beach.
On Friday Me and Case went out to North Berwick to sample some coffee from Steampunk which is an independent roastery and coffee shop located in North Berwick. We were so Buzzin after, we had to have a wee run on the beach.

We also got a chance to take a few shots of my OOTD with a scenic background to jazz up the shots.

I also went to see my favourite band Frightened Rabbit at the O2 academy in Glasgow last night which was amazing. I was planning on doing a separate blog post on the gig. However my camera was confiscated at the door as I must of looked like such a professional. Need to work on that journalists pass! This is all I got.

A hint of Ox-blood.

Bonsoir.
I cannot get enough of boots this winter! There's just so many choices. Ox blood and deep reds are also really popular and add a really nice touch too any black and white outfits.

Outfit Inspo.

Hey guyz
I've been meaning to do an inspo post for ages.
Since the temperature seems to have dropped to -100 degrees here in Edinburgh it's time to wrap up and layer up. I would most likely throw a pair of thick tights into the mix with this combo but lets face it , tights aren't pretty. I've chosen to accessorise less as the pattern on the dress is so bold against the block colours on the jumper and coat. Layering a smock dress up with a woolly jumper and over sized coat is one of my favourite look this A/W.
Try it you'll love it.

OOTD 10/10/13

Hiyaaa

I had a lovely day off from work today and finally got a chance to catch up on Paris Fashion week. which looked amazing. I managed to squeeze a few shots of my outfit for the day . We had such a good Scottish summer, which seemed to last ages. However I think it may have just lost the battle with the winter chill as today was absolutely freezing. So I had my wee hat on, and huddled in a nice warm cafe with some good coffee and a good book all day.

WISHLIST- August

High waisted denim shorts:Asos marketplace Kimono:Topshop Boots:River island  Hat: Asos

Salut!
I am such a sucker for impulse buying and recently on these rainy summer days. I find myself browsing endlessly through sites like Pinterest just loving everything I see. So to try and tame the temptation of internet shopping I decided to make a monthly wish list which will hopefully keep my spending down and my wardrobe neat!
Plain high waisted shorts are so good cause they just go with everything, they're there just as a wee staple piece. A nice kimono is a must have this summer especially in Scotland to hide you from the cool breeze. Beanie hats have been so popular recently and are great if you want to make something look more casual.I have been looking for a nice pair of boots for ages and these look perfect , Some Sunglasses to pretend it's sunny then a few other bits and bobs.
